Hallow BC – Return & Refund Policy

At Hallow BC, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products and a premium shopping experience. As such, we have a no refund policy. All sales are final and non-refundable.

Damages & Issues: If you receive a defective or damaged item, or if you receive the wrong product, please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at hallowbcassistent@gmail.com. We will work with you to evaluate the issue and make it right.

False Chargebacks: False chargebacks are not allowed and will result in action being taken against the customer. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who files a false chargeback.
